The team members at OfficeAsia have been individually involved in some of the largest and most complex Corporate Tenant Representation and Leasing assignments over the past 20 years.

The team represented Credit Agricole Bank, Credit Lyonnais and CLSA consolidate approx. 120,000 sq ft from Exchange Square to Pacific Place, and subsequent disposal of the 5 floors within One Exchange Square to UBS – the incoming tenant. The project involved space planning, technical analysis, financial analysis, negotiation and finalising legal documentation.

The team represented BP Asia when they merged with Amoco Oil and Castrol Oil to consolidate 3 office locations under one roof in Quarry Bay within the Swire Properties Portfolio. 30,000 sq ft approx..

The team acted on behalf of Macquarie Bank on various projects involving organic expansion within Hong Kong and the consolidation of the ING Securities operation which involved the planning and sourcing of floors within their existing building Citic Tower at the time and more recently their expansion and relocation to IFC Tower within Central. 140,000 sq ft approx.

The team acted on behalf of the Pacific Century Group in consolidating 3 office locations into Wing On Centre Central and taking up 8 floors. The project involved site evaluation, technical analysis, financial analysis, negotiation and finalization of lease and legal documents. 180,000sq ft approx.

The team represented Palmer & Turner after their floors they occupied were sold at OTB building Wanchai. Site search, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease documentation and secured floors in 633 Kings Rd North Point – a new development at the time. Palmer & Turner is as a major tenant at the building with options for expansion and flexibility for the future. 65,000 sq ft approx.
